At The Sale Zone we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we are here to make it right.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and contents included
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products with broken or tampered seals (for hygiene and software reasons)
Digital products, software licenses or downloadable content
Items reported after the 30-day return window
Products with removed or altered serial numbers

How To Initiate a Return?

Step 1
Email us at: [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Step 2
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 4
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy

Approved Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Partial Refunds
In some cases only a partial refund may be granted. This applies to:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items missing parts or accessories
  • Items returned after the 30-day window at our discretion

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product) we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (changed your mind, ordered wrong
model) the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims

All products sold at The Sale Zone come with full manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims beyond our 30-day return window please contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty card included with your product.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different specification (storage, color) subject to availability. To request an exchange follow the same return process and specify that you would like an exchange in your email.
