Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation regardless of your location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes imposed by your country’s customs authority.

Please note:

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • The Sale Zone has no control over customs fees as they vary by country
  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our estimated timeframes
  • We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documents and cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid duties

Restricted Countries

While we ship to virtually every country worldwide there are some regions where shipping may be restricted or unavailable due to international trade regulations and carrier limitations. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us at [email protected] and we will explore alternative shipping solutions for you.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts the package may be returned to us.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate — including apartment number, city, postal code and country — before completing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management or your local post office first
  2. Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes update tracking early
  3. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if the issue persists

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be raised within 7 days of the marked delivery date for domestic orders and within 14 days for international orders.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product immediately upon receipt
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at absolutely no cost to you. We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.
